Please bring Signed Release forms and Roster with you to the meet. Turn both in at check-in table.

We will only charge 1 entry fee per school not per grade for JH Day!

Coaches, the regional & state release form must be filled out by all parties it applies to as listed on form and brought with you to the Regional Meet.

You must also fill out the meet entry form below with your rosters under the appropriate tabs by MondayMarch 4th by 3:00pm. Leave the body weight empty as the lifter will have to weigh-in at the regional site or remote site.  If you are bumping a lifter up a class please fill in the appropriate weight class he will lift in.
